Good question. The topic was brought up a few months ago, but it looks like
now paypal account has been set up yet, because paypal will charge a fee.
Some one else in OCEF might be able to clarify that.

OCEF does have a paypal account (p****[email protected]), but it's registered as a
business account. That means paypal charges us fees on transactionss. The fee
is approx. the same as through our credit card service provider. So personal
check is prefered payment method.
