其实如果去基层,考公务员倒不一定的,只要他们要你就行了.
个人觉得农村最重要的就是教育,但这是比较长期的计划.
大家觉得短期内有没有什么比较好的建议,能够比较快速的见成效啊?

If you are close to them, you could see what is going on. However, most

The reason I don't like to go back is stemmed from a feeling which is still
unutterable. The relationships among people are damaged, which takes time
to fix. The wholesome economic strength comes from an organic understanding.
The tumor may grow fast, but the nutrition comes from body. So there is a
limit for wayward expanding. Let themselves to find the right path, choice
and pace. Handle things softly.

咱们大陆现在的问题就是太多人想"短平快", 而没有人踏踏实实地做
基础的, 长远的工作. 这是我个人的想法.
如果你真的想为社会贡献自己的热血和知识, 我觉得踏踏实实地建立
一个现代的, 健康的, 切实解决当地百姓的问题的, 切实解决中央
政府的负担, 中国特色的, 而且可以连续运转的(不要你去了就消失了)
乡政府可能是最实际的道路.
但是, 如果不幸你遇到一个腐败严重的县政府, 在没有后台的情况下,
它的干涉你如何能够解除? 没有上级政府的支持, 我们知道, 在中国是
无法做事的, 因为你的权力是来自上级政府, 而不是当地民众; 或是,
即使你的权力来自当地民众(因为民众支持你), 你当地的资金已被上
级政府控制.
