Q: by “the”
First, I would like thank OCEF for doing such a tremdous job of helping kids
and I am planning to tell all my friends and colleagues about OCEF.
I am not an accountant, probably this is a very stupid question:
when I am reading OCEF financial report, I noticed there's a remaining balance
$42,313.75 on 2001 Jan 1, $63,073.85 on 2002 Jan 1. I found this amount is
even more than the money distributed to students every year. any reason keep
the money in the bank account ra | l**e
