I salute sandford's effort, and appreciate his knowledgeable writing. However,
upon reading the article, it seem to me that 40% stayed in shanghai and 60%
relocated to xi'an.
I have following puzzles,
1. Did old JTU have 24+19 specializations? among them 24 relocated to xi'an
and 19 stayed in shanghai? It is very weird that SJ |
