Just now I did a brief survey. Apparently until this Chinese report, YJ-
62 was known to launch from a ship. See

Despite a few earlier photographs (released by China of course) of YJ-62 at
the very instants of firing on a land launcher,
Apparently the 解放军报 report is the first to declare YJ-62 missiles can
fire from a land launcher to target a moving ship--and succeed.
