My comment: What was her role in 1990s with respect to Motorola?
Susan Schwab was USTR (2006-2009); deputy USTR (2005-2006); Dean of the
School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park (1995-
2003); sometime before that she was "a business development executive at
Motorola." Wikipedia.
Presumably in the last capacity.
