I believe India has much better education than China. Just read these
comments you will find most people write their comments in good English. If
you visit a Chinese website, I seriously doubt you can find many people
posting on the same language level.

India may be a little behind China in terms of military forces, but do not
forget another factor: Political system. India has achieved Democracy 65
years ago, China is still struggling with their autocracy. From this point
of view, India is far more advanced than China.
