The Chinese communities and organizations need to periodically organize
educational and informational camps/seminars/talks/dialogues to share/
exhange/strategize on:
1. Leaders to Leaders (VP and above): how to mentor and promote fellow
Chinese to next level.
2. Leader to follower: (VP and above): share your experience and expectation
to step up to become leader
3. Mid-level (Sr.Dir - Sr. Mgr): how to support your leader and promote
yourself.
4. Biz Owner: startup, business operation, hiring, etc.
5. Tech leads: tech exchange, how to protect from others, and share
knowledge between Chinese.
6. Recruiter and HR: where/how to find the Chinese to hiring, how to massive
airload people from China over here.
We need to fight like an army and our leaders need to step up and strategize
