La Jolla is not a separate incorporated city, but part of the City of San
Diego.
however, USPS does associate "La Jolla" with the following zip codes for use
in mailing addresses:
92037, 92038, 92039, 92092, 92093

incorporated city, but part of the City of San Diego.
So, I input both LJ and SD in my form.
