发帖数: 16403 | 1 刚装了个杀毒软件， 一阵乱点， 然后重启， 赫然发现outlook express里inbox存的
所有email都不见了。 outbook和sent， deleted里的都还在， 就是不知道inbox里
的去哪里了。
哪位有经验的救救急， 包子奉上！ |

发帖数: 1795 | 2 you may want to back up the files asap before do anything:
1. go the following path find your files
C:\Documents and Settings\crazyman \Local Settings\Application Data\
Identities\Microsoft\Outlook Express
2. back up them into a media asap
3. now try reboot, reinstall the 杀毒软件 or do what ever you want to try to
get the emails back.
4. if no luck, google and buy or download a software to retrive the emails
from the back files.

发帖数: 1980 | 3 Search ".pst" file on your hard disks, most likely on C if you have never
configured your outlook to store emails on different location. That file
should contain all your inbox emails and can be reloaded back into outlook
express.

杀毒软件设定的quarantine folder在哪。 |

是空的。。。。。。

。。。。。。。。。。。
