It is a 2B/2B apartment shared by four UCSD students. You will be sharing 1B
/1B with my roommate. The rent is $371.25/month plus utility. It will be
available from May 6th—July 31st. You just need to pay for two months about
$850 in total. Or you can rent a shorter period then pay less.
Furnished with a twin bed, a desk, lamps, a chair et al. Washer and dryer
are inside the apartment. The apt is at La Regencia. It is a fabulous place.
