I have lots of stuff to move: 100 pound books / around 15 pairs of shoes/ a
closet of clothes / some electronics (much smaller than TV...) I dont
want throw all these
Besides, I have some furniture I can dump these.
Do you have some suggestions to move all these? As it is still long away
from the moving date, I can bear the slow transportation of my books and
clothes (since they are winter clothes) .

发帖数: 153 | 3 try fedex "home delivery service" for a quote. They usually ship big boxes
of stuff for a very good price.it's a door to door service, so they actually
knock on your door when the boxes arrive.
For books, usps has something like "media" or something similar.. You can
give them a call and find out more info.

发帖数: 2078 | 9 我算了一下fedex那个当时差不多一块钱一磅, 不过我们当时搬家路程也远就是了
主要是就是衡量各种办法, 这么点路程可能也省不了百八十块, 还不如趁这个机会玩玩
转转, 至少选一个自己比较喜欢的方
式, 毕竟搬家机会还是不多嘛,我现在就有些后悔应该当时买辆新车一路开过来, 来这
边买车太赶了

it seems cheap if you rent at san jose airport and drop off at san diego
airport.
you can spend few days on the way, very nice drive, and oceanview campground! |

自己坐飞机80 ＋ UPS ground 或者 fedex ground 的80 （这个有100斤）
我觉得还是自己做飞机便宜点 |

绝对比你说的这些要多。一百磅的书也没啥，一个人的重量都不到。
关键看你怎么装车，要合理安排（衣架，鞋盒这类都不能要了）。
你不如先找朋友的车，试装一下，我觉得租一个小车就够了。 |

twist road, make it a 2 day trip, drive on highway-1, 101, and highway 5.
This way you can stop by Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, taking a mini-
vacation.

发帖数: 1371 | 18 en, 顶这个。 我们当初从东部自己用一个老爷车开过来的，把后座装得特满，装完了
发现能装这么多自己都挺惊奇的。家具啥的大件不是太好的就扔了吧，来了买旧货也没
多贵，还省了很多麻烦，都工作了就不要那么省了吧。电视啥的如果非要keep的实在装
不下就寄呗，也就一两件。现在回想那时一路开过来还挺有意思的。
如果路上行程安排松一点还挺好玩的，当旅游吧，这一路风景挺好的啊。如果没有伴可
以上网找找看有没有人有兴趣一起啊。
