maybe a little on the pessimistic side but the basic rules of affability is
true. americans call it house-poor, chinese call this house-slave.
most chinese won't have a big problem with this but americans like to spend
every cent they earn and then some by borrowing from credit card or house
loan. they can't sustain this... |

but only the amount of CA state tax they have to pay.
but yeah, government is still throwing OUR tax money into the housing
market...
