QC employee to see how much the company spent on them each year, including
medical cost, 401k matching, etc.

Q的retention rate还可以,有不少老人混得时间长title
还是Staff,但薪水会比较高
新进员工三五年就升Staff的薪水会低不少。
分布比较大的结果就是除非样本集大,不然不准。
结论是就是看看就好,该干嘛干嘛。
