往聖地牙哥國際機場，擬遣返中國，但他極端不配合，遣送作業第三次遭失敗。移民官
警告他，下次再發生類似情況，會為他注射麻醉劑，強行將他抬上飛機。

親愛的朋友，
不知道您在世界日報讀到過我們教會的吳志強弟兄的報導嗎？ 1998年他在一艘漁船上
工作，船長與蛇頭合作，在船員先不知情, 后又無法阻止的狀況下，裝載了一百多位非
法偷渡客，後來在南加州外海被美國海防隊截捕。志強及其他船員都被留下來做爲證人
，以便美國政府對船長，蛇頭及相關的違法人員進行起訴。經過這十多年，被起訴的人
也都分別服完刑期而回到中國，而那些被留下來作證的船員們也陸續都申請到綠卡，
唯獨志強現在因未知的因素而被羈押在監。志強從1998年開始就在主恩堂聚會， 多年
來他在聖地牙哥辛勤工作供養他在福州的家人生活，這位弟兄的言行及品德我們十分佩
服。
因爲志強等人作證，那批走私人口的蛇頭及船長被判刑坐牢 ，心中必定懷恨，就在去
年八月左右那些蛇頭還到他在福州的家中詢問他的行蹤，回到福州志強的性命安全將受
到嚴重的威脅。最近移民局已開始採取遣返志強的行動，我們深深的覺得在這種情況下
遣返志強實在不合适。 請您立刻花幾分鐘的時間送Email 給加州的參議員Senator
