律师去年12月才考过加州BAR考试拿到执业资格，但一年多前就已经开始在SD做生意接
客人了。如果有人告到CA BAR，她就有麻烦了 |

精力去求证。如果想积累移民法的丰富经验的话，可以考虑找他。 |

找移民律师不一定仅局限于加州律师。移民法在美国属于联邦法律，只要有一个州的律
师执照，就可以在美国任何州执业移民法，你提到的在SD作广告的女性律师，在多年前
就有美国其它州律师执照，从事移民业务，她完全有资格在加州从事移民法。加州律师
执照只有在涉及到加州当地法律的情况下，才需要。
