I don't think you really understand the picture. Interest rate will be high only if there is inflation. Without inflation, 两房 or not, bond return will be low, so there will be people willing to lend at low rate.
On the other hand, if there is inflation, house price will go up just like other prices.
Mortgate is an investment for the lender. So, mortgage rate will only be high if alternative investment return is high. | w*****g
