As a result, that family failed to negotiate this during the housing
purchase process, and ended up spending major money in re-piping the whole
house.
When that family reported the problem to them, they totally denied their
responsibilities. So the experience was very unpleasant.
They also failed to detect another major issue for another friend -- failed
to detect any leakage on a heavy raining day, despite their advertising of
using infrared device. A few days later, the buyer found most of her rooms
had major water damage, and she had to postpone her move in date to have the
problem fixed. |

They can not even measure the water pressure correctly. |

walk-on check of the roof - they will take a look. Just hope everything will
be good.

use. We used RoofRX. Mention that you saw Internet ad of free inspection.

发帖数: 5637 | 13 Since we don't have basement in California, it is usually not needed. Yet,
I've heard some concern for 4S Ranch area. I guess you may only need to
worry about that if you live in 4S? Ask your agent and your friends
recently bought houses in 4S.

ranch communities. I've never researched on this, just LZ's question
prompted me of this memory. |
