已经说了一起弄可以在六小时完成, 那么一起弄的速度就是 1/6个pond per hour.
那些方程里的未知数就不是一起弄的速度.

1/r+2/3r=1/6
if "r" represents the number of hours the faster water source needs to fill
the pond, and also 2/3r needs to be 2/(3r), not (2/3) * r

math.
It's simply because you have problems understanding the language rather than
the Math problem.
