的rebate cover的。
不过如果住一段时间把房子卖的话，自己现在贴钱好像不值。

Who will cover the M-R after that 6-7 years? How long will M-R last: 30 or
45 years?
What if a buyer have to sell house earlier then? Shall a buyer return all 6%
rebate upon selling?
How does the price without 6% compare to other sales around?

roos is paid off. You don't pay mello roos anymore.

昨天晚上去看了一下。房子很大，一共三个户型，最小的3500+。格局比较open，好像
近几年的新房子都是这种风格。难得的是院子大。这在4S比较成熟的区域并不多见。房
子在山脚下，有的lot估计有mountain view。估计火险系数高。
的确给6%的rebate。可以买mello roos，可以用做closing cost和upgrade。我们还看
了他们的inventory。Move in ready。还挺动心的。 |

kitchen granite counter top现在先买的房子，都是standard了。
