但是几天前卖主刚做的 wood pest inspection 没有任何问题。
找卖主要去年的tenting的report，卖主必须要给吗？不想拖到remove contigency之后
才知道tenting干了什么？
如果自己在找人查白蚁，需要注意那些地方? | s*********5

Nevertheless, to see the fumigation certificate is a very
standard request. I don't understand why you have to go through hoops to
see it. Consult your realtor and ask his/her to ensure that you have this
as one of the contingency requirement.
Also, tenting is usually good for 5-8 yrs in San Diego. The fumigation
company often provide 1 yr. warrenty. So if the seller had it done last Oct
, you should be good. I know many seller do it to prepare to sell their
