看了一下，这样划分的最主要原因是因为Rancho Encantada, Scripps Ranch和Miramar
Ranch North 要被统一划分的Peñasquito。 为了平衡人口，一部分的Pe&
ntilde;asquito（56 号以南的）会被划到Mira Mesa，影响最大的是 Park Village。

“Briefly as background, this proposed redistricting is in part being driven
by an organized group called the API/APAC (Asian Pacific Islanders/Asian
Pacific Action Committee) who desire to create a City Council District that
would encompass a high percentage of Asian Pacific Islanders. They strongly
believe that a district created with a high percentage of Asian residents
would increase their odds of electing a City Council person who would best
represent their culture and special interests.”
但我考了一下古， 发现亚裔并不满意这次的划区结果： “准备充足的亚太裔社区再次遭到冷漠忽视，原本由于被分散在两个政区而导致力量分散的亚太裔社区，在草案中被进一步分散到三个政区。。。亚裔社区不该再次被边缘化，不该再被忽视另一个10年。因此，我不同意这张地图。”引用Oceanpeople的新闻（http://www.sandiegochinesepress.com/press/?p=6160）
请问这个行政划区跟学区有很直接联系吗， 最近要买房， 所以很关心。

还是black mountain的， 但是高中是west view的。 不知道是不是托这个新规定的富。我们大概就是7月底看得那个房子。
这么一划， Scripps Ranch可以上west view了？
black mountain也可以上west view了？
怪不得最近scripps ranch这一片搬来好多老印。。。，我这一年见的老印，比过去几年加起来还多。

呼呼的，Mello Roos也居高，房型也不太好，好多套型至少有一个卧室全在车库上，如
果是三个车库的套型，会有两个卧室全在车库上
朋友的孩子现在就上Mesa Verde
富。我们大概就是7月底看得那个房子。
几年加起来还多。

election unless it affects the school district. But eventually, without
political power, they get nothing.
We need more people like Dr Allen Chan (owner of Jasmine) to fight for our
political rights. Otherwise, it is always an ethnicity/race that is going to
poorly represented in the city council.

preparing a lawsuit to challenge the commission's plan. I agree with his
point while the rest of you are just mislead by the school district issue.
Black united together. Latinos united together. Asian will cut each other's
throat just because of a rumor...that is very sad.

，从他僵硬的笑容看出，他早就预料到了。这种显而易见损害PV居民利益的事，在表面上
静悄悄的一个月里，他始终应该是知道的。这是对Mire Mesa 和PV有起码了解的人，不
难得出的结论。
另外，他们显然是有谋划的，几个人定在靠后发言，其中一个在最后，让PV人在听证会
上无反击的机会。
