已经连续打了2,3天电话，每次都给自动系统用‘HIGH VOLUME CALL‘为由直接挂掉。
发了邮件2,3天也都没人回... 网上连办公地址都没有。 在美国喝口水还这么难啊 |

发帖数: 595 | 2 我们家遇到类似的， LG一直拨那个电话， 终于有一天拨通的了， 接线的人还挺Nice
的说。不过， 我们是Close前两个礼拜就开始打电话了， 水本来是通的，否则不好做
Inspection。 打电话只是转一下户头。
这里的水费好贵， 原来租房不知道。 像我们家如果一滴水不用的话是$47， 而且排污
费还不是由我们的用水量决定的。 最后我们一个月实际用水4 Cu， （$13），但最后
账单是$86.搞的我们对节约用水一点都没有动力。 |

will go down as well. The water service recalculates the sewage charge
based on the water usage during winter months. This is because during
winter less water is used for irrigation (so more accurate for sewage
purpose). |

your bill. For other water district, this may be different. Areas like 4S
Ranch use reclaimed water for irrigation. So the rule may be different.
It is between December and March of every year.

Determining Sewer Rates
In the City of San Diego, each single-family domestic customer's
individualized flat sewer rate is based upon the amount of water used during
the previous winter. This system, rather than a flat rate for all customers
, more fairly apportions the costs of running the sewer system.
Every winter, primarily during the months of December through March, the
City monitors the amount of water each customer uses. The winter months are
when the measuring takes place because that is when the highest percentage
of water used is returned to the sewer system. The City monitors your water
usage during the two billing cycles, and uses the total from the cycle with
the least amount of usage to calculate your sewer rate.
Once the monitoring period is finished, an individualized flat rate is
figured for each customer, and that rate goes into effect the following July
1.
That rate is in effect for one year, and will be updated with new data every
July 1. If you are new to a home, your sewer rate will be based on the city
-wide average until a reading can take place for you during the next winter.

It is better that you can bring some closing documents or documents from
your agent to show that you are on the closing process for the proporty.
