我现在用的是AT&T, 好象是30多一个月, 号称速度比较快的那种.但是据称到不了那个
速度, 因为cable本身的限制.
请教一下,我是不是应该换成Time Warner?
一年以后, Time Warner的promotion 结束, 价钱会涨回去, 到时候怎么做能便宜一些?
AT&T的DSL一定需要家里有land line吗?

but I don't like cable internet. I've had 3 or 4 different cable internet
services in different cities, with different companies and always have bad
experience.
phone line DSL or Uverse (fiber) is much better

looks better now. Could you please elaborate a little bit why you don't
like cable? Can I cancell the landline but still use AT&T DSL? | n***D

way to low and always 无线网掉线.
我们以前用过time Warner and Comcast, both cable and way much faster than DSL
....we are regretting and think of switch back to TW cable service... | c******h

99 promotion, but they will charge a $49.99 installation fee, and the
promotion is for the first 1000(or maybe 10000). after I told him that I am
a current AT&T customer, he told me that I could go to a website to print a form to get a $100 rebate after 3 months.but you DO need to send in your bills from another provider within 30 days of installation.

Also the $49.99 installation fee get waived when I show hesitation to sign up and said I need to talk with AT&T first.
and he arrange an installation for next Monday, actually he try to arrange an installation this Saturday, I want a late date. | i****a

neighborhood. When your neighbors starts downloading big files your
connection will suffer.
There was one year I had no choice but cable, during Chinese new year the
coneection was so slow I can't even browse the web because all my Chinese
neighbors were watching Cctv spring festival online.
I've also had lots of down time with cable.
