Hi, anyone live in portico at pacific highlands?
How's the HOA management and community there? Any good or bad feedbacks?
Also, it's more like a patio home, just side yard, no drive way no back yard
. How's parking there?
I heard residents can only park car in their garages? That's very
inconvenient. Can we park on street close by the houses?
