Hi, I'm looking for a summer sublet for my sunny room in a beautiful
Sorrento Valley home. It is in a quiet residential area and you'll live with
a female graduate student and a professional married couple. You will have
access to the kitchen, living area, and share a bathroom with the graduate
student.
It s about 8-10 minutes driving from UCSD/Scripps Research Institute/
Sanford-Burnham and 3-5 minutes from Qualcomm.
This is a perfect place to live if you need a temporary place as a summer
interning student, or if you are a new graduate student or post-doc. The
house and room (bed, dresser, bookshelf, desk) comes fully furnished.
Available April 15th until the end of July, with the option of extending the
lease. Rent is $650 a month, which includes gas, electric, water, and
wireless.
