for molecular biologists to further develop and utilize the technologies
for NGS related product development and services. This is a great career

-paced environment and being an integral part of the development of the NGS
technologies.
Responsibilities include:
Innovation of new Sequencing based methods and applications. Goal is to
file Patents.
Working closely with external collaborators to provide contracted services
and co-develop associated products. The goal of these collaborations is to
publish the results in a peer-reviewed journal.
The candidate will work in fully supported environment to create and
implement methodologies and innovations. The successful candidate must be
comfortable working as part of a team and be comfortable with rapid change
in product design.
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
Requires a BS/MS in biochemistry or molecular biology, years experience
required dependent on combination of education and experience. Ph.D
candidates will be considered at a higher ranking with more independent
responsibilities. Demonstrated ability in molecular biology techniques, DNA
modifying enzymes, RNA/ DNA amplification are essential. Experience in
sequencing (NGS) preferred.
