moving in in September. My girl friend is living in another city and will
come SD over the weekends. So it will be most beneficial for both of us if
you stay here just for week days (this is also my requirement). The
apartment is in Clairemont Mesa area, very close to major shopping centers
like Costco, Wal-Mart, Sears, Target, Ranch 99 and many restaurants, 7 mins
to San Diego Mesa College. 11 mins to UCSD and UTC area. High speed internet
and cable TV.
You will have your own good sized bedroom with a very large closet. You
will have your own bath room and will share the kitchen and dining area with
me. The total rent is $450 which include everything (high speed internet,
gas, hot water and electricity). I am a professional looking for a clean,
responsible professional or student to be a roommate. |
