Volt is currently looking for a Junior Buyer for one of our top companies
in San Diego. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to grow
with an International company.
This position will be a liaison between sales, product management, and
engineering.
Some of the duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Coordinating purchase orders, creating RFQ's, communicating with suppliers,
request proper shipment documentation, and handling domestic and
international shipments via Fed Ex, DHL, UPS and other shipping resources.

Requirements:
1. College Degree.
2. 1-3 years purchase order management experience.
3. Excellent customer service experience.
4. Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, and accounting software (a plus).
5. Able to communicate with over seas companies.
5. Fluent in Chinese a HUGE PLUS!!! |
