好处是离小学只有3-4分钟走路， 马路也不是through traffic。
房型不错，房子装修太一般，是以前用来出租的。卖主要价偏高。我觉得这个房子应该
再mid-high800成交。

district). Because Old Carmel Valley road is a dead end street and this
house is located one block past the Cathedral Catholic High School rear
entrance, except for the morning and afternoon traffic to the Sycamore Ridge
school, it should be very quiet. This community is fully built out.
Prop AA had passed in the November election thus a new Middle School will be
built within walking distance and the Pacific Highland Ranch shopping
center should start construction this year. Once the infrastructure are all
in place, historically speaking this neighborhood (Soleil/Bordeaux) should
see a rise in price.
Again, "Location Location Location" and the rest can be all changed "
remodeled" in other people's terms.

went into escrow. In your examples, they probably weren't. What I meant is
that couple of months could mean a drastic increase in price as we saw
during the past couple of months.
Your examples were 前年的 sales anyways. Running MLS comparables in current
market condition results in low $700s to mid $700s for the same houses.
