available for transferring lease on April 2013. The lease is good from April
1, 2013 to August 31, 2013, but can be extended. Rent is $825 month
including all utilities costs. Deposit is $825. When you leave, landlord
will refund.
The house is 6B/3B, located in La Jolla Village Drive, very close to UCSD.
You can take 30, 41, 921,150, 101 bus, after only two stations to arrival
UCSD campus. 15 minutes walking to school，10 minutes walking to La Jolla
square to buy food, clothes etc.
The house has living room furniture, updated TV/washer/dryer/refrigerator/
wifi and kitchen appliances provided. Swimming pool and tennis court are in
the community. The room is furnished bed, table, lamps etc. You just bring
your luggage to room. Roommates are UCSD students, very nice and quiet.
Unfortunately because my family reason, I have to leave.
