Really bad...
Of the 72 SFH listed,
*One isn't a SFH, but was mis-listed..So there's 71 really.
*Of that, 30 homes are $1.5million or higher.
*Of the 30 homes,
23 of them are $2million+
15 of them are $3million+
11 of them are $4million+
7 of them range from $5-9.4 million...
Of the remain 41 homes, 17 homes are below 1 million. 7 homes are marked as
contingent.
Yup....it's worse than 2004/2005 right now...
The bright side is that Mira Mesa is even worse.....

for above $1M. If you can afford $3M+ homes, then there is not as much
competition.

已经不多了。
