left. Now the 30 yr fixed rate is 3.5for me. The 10 yr note rate is kind of
flat currently , but may potentially rise. Should I refi now to lock a
longer rate? |

about 2.625%

the rate more towards in rising? btw, my ARM still have 3 yrs left for 2.625

so for the break even point where a frm costs the same amount as your
current arm, assuming the worst case senario.
and if the rate drops agaon, you benefit more

what's the normal policy after 5 yrs ARM rate expires. I remember there is a
cap for the rate in the adjustable period, but don't remember exactly -
every year the rate can only increase by max of 2%? |

发帖数: 1980 | 8 Probably the assumption is that you can pay it off if the rates becomes too
high. Also, with lower mortgage, it will be harder to find no cost no fee
lenders.
