发帖数: 14 | 1 I have signed one year contract with this apartment, but unexpectedly we
need to relocate, so I am looking for someone to take over the remaining
lease till Februery2014. (Surely you can renew the contract with the
management).
The rent you will be paying each month $1200
The contract price is $1325/month, and I am willing to pay for the
difference in cash at once.
I will contact the management and get a pre-move out inspection and pay for
everything I damaged once someone shows interest.
The apartment is quiet and spacious and it is by the crossing point of 163
and 805, close to fashion and mission valley mall, several grocery stores
within block (99 ranch, SF, Zion market, costco, target), various Asian
restaurants.
The apartment will be made available the second week of June.
