大多数人都听说过忧郁症，然而人们很难将这种心理疾患与自己的生活及亲人联系在一
起, 忧郁症是想得太多或想不开吗？在多数人眼中，忧郁症，除了作为偶尔提及的话题
之外，依然只是一个与己无关的名词，它的存在，仿佛只在遥远的他方。
有时候，常有这样那样的病痛，可就是查不出原因; 有时候，情绪低落，对平时喜欢的
事提不起兴趣。因为和许多内科疾病的临床表现相似，忧郁症常常容易被忽视。
您或您的家人可能正受这些症状的困扰------情绪低落、悲观、缺乏主动性、自责自罪
、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、饮食、睡眠差、担心自己患有各种疾病，感到全身多处
不适；失眠、早醒或只想睡觉；各种躯体疼痛；特别容易疲劳，休息也不能缓解。严重
者可出现自杀念头和行为。忧郁症在女性中的患病率为男性的两倍。忧郁症已经成为现
代都市人精神疾病的第一大杀手。
