Two bedrooms for rent in a newly remodeled furnished house on Mira mesa. 5~
10 mins drive to both I5 and I15.
The house located in a quiet and clean court.
They are both in the second stairs. 2 rooms share 1.5 bathrooms (one
bathroom with shower upstairs, and another bathroom without shower
downstairs).
All furniture provided ( full-size bed frame, mattress, desk, lamb, chair,
closet).
Kitchen and laundry room is on the main floor.
Room1 (11*13) monthly rent is 650$ and room 2 (11*10) is 600$, shared
utility bills (water, gas, electricity). Internet and TV Cable fee is
covered by house owner.
The rent can be lower if the contract is more than 1 year long-term.
