Let's donate to that candidate, and we don't need that much to send a clear
message in terms of campaign contribution:

Based on previous statistics, ED HERNANDEZ got less than $840K in 2012 (he
was not up for election that year) and Ed Chau got $1.5M.
We can concentrate our donations and send a clear message, although District
24 has many Hispanic population, we might still have a chance if we bombard
the voters with negative ads (not always SCA-5 focused) against him.
