Hi, I have a room in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment at La Jolla Del
Sol for rent. Move in date is flexible. The apartment is located on the
third floor (top floor) with one window facing south and the other window
facing south-east. We have a washer and a dryer in the apartment. The
apartment is very close to 201/202 bus stop as well as campus loop. I
usually take buses to school.
My parents are visiting me from China and living in one bedroom with bedroom
inside it. They will leave San Diego in mid-July this year. I live in the
living room right now. I am a female postdoc at UCSD. I work from 9 to 6
every day. My parents and I usually sleep before 11:30 pm and get up around
8 am during weekday. Hope you have similar schedule.
The rent for the apartment is $1662.50. I will pay $1000 and you are
responsible for $662.50 for the rent. Internet and electricity will be
shared by two (usually around $50 for each person).
Our lease is monthly. In case of moving out, you just need to let me know 30
