离小学初中高中都挺近，觉得不错。4s ranch觉得也不错，家有两娃，但都还小，但现
在买房肯定要考虑下学区，觉得没必要最好的学校，中上等就行，大氛围不错就可以，
所以CV就不考虑。不知道大家觉得是92129对孩子好些还是4s ranch 好些？先谢谢啦 |

搬到 SD. I has been in SD for about 6 months. I am struggling to make the
decision -- stay or move(to other lower cost area). My family annually
salary income is about $100k ~ $200k. annually rental income is about $100k.
I also
invest in stock market(IRA accounts). I will stay in SD if my income from
stock is over $
50k. my YTD stock gain is about $20k.
I think I have 点钱. I did not feel comfortable to pay cureent housing price
.I do not know whether we make too little money or I am
too Pessimistic.

a lot and you can 攒 more 钱. At the same time, get used to the high housing
price there. After a couple of years, 搬 back to SD.
By then, you have more 钱 for down payment, and the housing price in
SD will look so cheap to you. You'll settle here happily there after.

子（因此mello Roos 和4S差不多），青菜萝卜各有所爱。但最近大家都在讨论反对
92129的小学从TK就推出
用IPAD学习，所以4S胜出了:-)
