刚刚看了个房子，但房检发现有drywood termites。白蚁在圣地亚哥是很严重的问题吗

据我的inspector讲，白蚁在南加还是很普遍的。具体到每个房子看有多严重了。我们
当时边边角角有些问题，卖方都负责修了。
The Wood Pest Report shall be separated into sections for evident
infestation or infection(Section 1) and for conditions likely to lead to
infestation or infection(Section 2).
Usually seller pays for the report and Section 1, buyer pays for Section 2.
