Whova is a fast-growing mobile and big data startup backed by National
Science Foundation SBIR Program, Venture Capital and seasoned angel
investors from Silicon Valley. Whova mobile app brings big data analytics to
help event organizers build successful events and attendees network
efficiently with each other.
= Available position =
- Data entry and analyst
- Pay rate: $10-15/hour based on skillset and experience
- Start Date: ASAP
= Job responsibilities =
- Performs data entry, verification, and editing;
- Ensures data accuracy and completeness; recognizes and resolves problems
and inconsistencies with data;
- May work with some system like Salesforce
- Provides weekly reports on data entered;
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
= Job requirements =
- Organized and good time management
- Self-motivated and driven
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and demonstrated skills
in Excel with the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets
- Proven aptitude for learning and using data entry and analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer support experience is plus
- Need to work in Whova office most of the time(at least 6 hours/day, 4 days
/week).
