小朋友要几足岁可以开始上加州xx市yy学区公立学校的幼儿园？生日截至是哪一天？
或：
小朋友要几足岁可以开始上加州xx市yy学区公立学校的一年级？生日截至是哪一天？
这样才能得到正确有用的信息。 大妈做事应认真，细致，不能马大哈， 否则以后会惆
怅。。。很惆怅。。。 的。。。

根据老余home学区的规定：
Entrance Age Requirements
Kindergarten
A child shall be admitted to a kindergarten maintained by the school
district at the beginning of a school year, or at a later time in the same
year if the child will have his/her fifth birthday on or before one of the
following dates:
(1) November 1 of the 2012-2013 school year.
(2) October 1 of the 2013-2014 school year.
(3) September 1 of the 2014-2015 school year and each year thereafter.
所以要是小孩还小的话， 到时候也许还会变。

发帖数: 2045 | 8 T-K (transition-K) are one of the exceptions. Basically 5 yr old by Dec. 2
can go to K early, and then take K again the next year. Of course depends
on each school district.
Will TK continue after 2014?
Yes, pursuant to California EC 48000(c)(3), in the 2014-15 school year and
each school year thereafter, a child who has his or her fifth birthday
between September 2 and December 2 of the school year shall be admitted to a
transitional kindergarten program maintained by the school district.
