might follow.
I expect the layoff should take out the momentum of SD rising house price.
It will be interesting to see how things play out.
QCom will be dramatically weakened after the layoff.

发帖数: 324 | 11 要看总的工作市场行情。记得不久前看过一篇英文报道，说圣地亚哥贵为全美十大城市
之一，其就业市场下滑至全美三十名开外。没有一个坚挺就业市场的支撑，只靠海外资
金和旅游，是很难让房市兴旺的。
如果没有自住房，任何时候都可以买，反正也不急着卖，即使涨到八百万，或者跌到十
万，也不会影响实际生活。如果是投资房，还是要小心谨慎，毕竟一个兴旺的房市，要
靠一个兴旺的工作市场力挺。 |

My tenant, a white ceo of a small greater LA construction company(the
company has about 100+ workers), He make about $400K+ a year, He did not own
a house in CA, his family live in a rental house (my house) in arizona.
