i am a little surprised how expensive the apartments are.
my job is at Sorrento Valley Blvd, i am looking for a one br apartment about
15 min drive radius from work place.
any recommendations?
safety is first priority.
my budget is around 1300$ thanks. |

i just did a google search on that apartment, reviews are as low as 1 star,
and most reviews wanted to give a zero star..
so i will be careful. thanks for the tip.

发帖数: 67 | 7 我朋友夫妇在qcomm上班，他们在这个小区住了两年，据说还不错，别的我就不清楚了。
review数量多从侧面反映出这个小区还不错,qcomm的人都挺精,租之前肯定打听过了才
租的,租的满意的人也不会去打分.
楼主的要求，独门独户1300以下，15 min车程，符合条件的只能在mira mesa了。

15号和MIRA MESA那些新建的APT，毕竟新的不用担心BED BUGS和蟑螂

交通方面，楼主从cv一带开到公司，跟从15号开到公司，我估计时间差不多，因为mira
mesa blvd早晨也很堵。

都不一定够
