Virgin Mobile (owned by Sprint) offer last August, so far so good, no
complaints yet, especially at this price - actual cost is $0.08/month and no
hard credit inquiry
they are running another promotion now - $1/month for 6 months
Sprint just extended their own 1-year free unlimited promotion, but there
will be a hard pull and you have to pay some taxes so it is not entirely
free
if you just want to test the water and see how good/bad it is for yourself,
these are your choices
