I use osb 1/2 inch tk.
coil gun $240, couple small tool.
need air compressor for the coil nail roof gun.
buy all the material in HD
1500 SQF around 3k(prywood, shingle and paper)
easy to take the old shingle off, better have two people.
I did one small area on the front door, look good.

自己换的成本 max 4k.
I do piece by piece.max for 7 days. 5 hrs a day.
hire contractor? I can not trust them. skill and material.
you have to be handy. tool is very important too.
I'm replace a double pane window now,...easy.
I believe fix house is a piece of cake, not that much of skill involve.
but fix car is not.btw, I'm a private mechanic.so as what I know fix house
is much easier than fix car. | b*******r
