correct fees.
突然多了loan origination charges by $1,135先不说了(之前没有的), 以下这条最让
人抓狂:
Proposed Interest Rate 4.875% Fixed rate loan.
Initial Adjustable rate in effect for 60 months.
Maximum Interest rate 9.875%.
Interest rate can increase 5% each 60 months.
不是30 years fixed rate 吗? 为什么会有这种potential adjustments?
是我没看懂吗?
