我被下面的第三条confuse了。 照字面上理解的话,rent-back,就不能算immediately
occupy the property after the purchase date, 对么?
"First-Time Buyer Credit: A qualified principal residence, for purposes of
the First-Time Buyer Credit, must:
Be a single family residence, either detached or attached.
Be eligible for the California property tax homeowner’s exemption.
Be occupied by the taxpayer as their principal residence for a minimum of 2
years immediately following the purchase. "

应该拿不到了,前面说了 purchase date 是 escrow close date.
rent-back肯定不能算immediately occupy the property after the purchase date
