this one seems to act like a third party, a merchant, they charge a flat fee
, depending on the bank, mine charge $25....most mortgages in the bay area
will still earn you a pretty good reward if you use 1% or better reward
cards...

都说不用注册了。选个银行，输入payment amount连账号都不用，fee就出来了。
