发帖数: 13 | 2 room temperature will be all right for PVD coating of Fe Cu. Depends on what
kind of substrate you have, you may need to do RTP for good adhension. | F***P

growth, you need go with higher temperature, several hundread degree C, and
on the right substrate. Typical room temperature will be fine for metal
polycrystaline growth. |
